The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) and the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control would like to invite you to hear about how the agencies regulate trade practice activities in the alcohol beverage industry. Speakers will be on hand from both federal and state authorities to help you understand what the trade practice rules cover, what types of activities you must avoid in order to stay in compliance, and how we regulate the marketplace to ensure a level playing field.

Who Should Attend: This seminar is geared toward alcohol beverage industry members (producers, importers, wholesalers, and retailers) or their representatives. Each attendee must register separately.
You are required to register in advance for this seminar. There will be no on-site registration available, so you must register here if you plan to attend. Registration will close when we reach capacity, or one week prior to the seminar, whichever comes first. This morning session is identical to the afternoon session.
